The Standard kids party packages (KSh 20,000 to KSh 45,000) are built for 10 to 30 kids in a home compound, garden venue or community hall. Standard delivers the essentials beautifully — a draped high-peak tent, decorated Chiavari chairs and matching tables, a themed balloon backdrop, dressed cake table, themed tableware, themed gift boxes pre-filled with candies, and a bouncing castle. It looks like a real birthday party, photographs well, and your child gets the full experience without the premium price tag.

The Premium themed kids party packages (KSh 80,000 to KSh 400,000) are where we go full theme-immersion. Designer tents, your choice of Chiavari or themed chairs, themed centerpieces, premium balloon installations (full arches, ceiling clouds, balloon walls), photo-booth backdrops, personalised banners, themed thank-you boxes, and a dedicated birthday party planner on the day. The premium tier scales from 20 kids up to 100, and is where you go when the theme matters — a full Spiderman city scene, a Frozen ice palace, a Cocomelon watermelon installation, a Princess castle with thrones. If the photos need to look like the Pinterest board, this is the tier.

The most-requested themed birthday party setups in Nairobi right now are Cocomelon, Paw Patrol and Spiderman for boys (ages 2–7), Princess, Frozen and Unicorn for girls (ages 3–8), and Football, Superhero and Barbie for the older kids (8–12). Every theme we offer is available in both Standard and Premium tiers — the difference is the depth of theming, not the availability.

A Standard themed birthday setup gets you a coordinated colour palette, themed balloons, themed tableware and a themed banner. A Premium themed birthday party setup adds character standees, theme-specific backdrops, theme-coloured chairs (gold Chiavaris for Princess, red for Spiderman, light blue for Frozen), themed centerpieces, themed cake table styling and themed photo props. The Standard tier looks like the theme; the Premium tier feels like you walked into it.

For themes we don't have in our standing catalog — and we get this request often — we build custom. Custom themes need 3–4 weeks lead time so we can source the right props and decorations.

Birthday Decorations — Bundle, or Book Standalone

Birthday decorations are the most-flexible piece of any kids birthday party package. You can take the full package and let us style the whole setup, or you can book decorations on their own — balloon backdrops, balloon arches, balloon garlands, themed centerpieces, cake table dressing, personalised banners and photo-booth walls.

A standalone balloon backdrop in your colour palette starts at KSh 8,000 and is one of the highest-impact birthday decorations you can buy for the money — it transforms the cake-cutting moment and gives you the photos every parent wants. Balloon arches and garlands start at KSh 6,000. Themed centerpieces per table start at KSh 1,500. A fully-dressed cake table starts at KSh 5,000. Balloon ceiling installs (the trending "balloon cloud" look) start at KSh 12,000.

If you already have a venue, a cake and an entertainer booked and you just need someone to handle the birthday decorations — that's a service we offer standalone. If you're starting from zero, bundling decorations into a Standard or Premium kids party package saves about 15–20% versus booking each piece separately.

What's Included vs What's an Add-On

Both tiers include: the tent, the seating (chairs + tables), the themed décor, the balloon styling, themed tableware (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery), the cake table dressing, themed gift boxes, on-the-day birthday party planner, setup crew, and teardown crew. Delivery within a 20 km radius of Nairobi CBD is included.

Common add-ons (quoted separately): bouncing castles (KSh 8K–25K depending on size — note the Standard tier includes a bouncing castle, so this is only for upgrades or additional units), trampolines, face painters, magicians, balloon-modeling clowns, piñata + games coordinator, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, train rides, horse rides, MC for kids, photographer, videographer. Out-of-town delivery (Naivasha, Nakuru, Diani, etc.) is quoted per venue.

Ages 1 to 12+ — How We Scale Décor & Entertainment

A first-birthday christening party is not the same as a 10-year-old's themed extravaganza. Our birthday party planners scale every kids party package by age group:

• Ages 1–3 (first birthdays, toddler parties): Soft pastel themes, low seating, parent-friendly layout, no piñatas (choking hazards), gentle entertainment (bubble shows, balloon modeling).

How Far in Advance Should You Book?

Standard kids party packages need at least 1–2 weeks lead time so we can lock theme decorations, tableware and add-ons. Premium themed birthday party setups need 3–4 weeks — custom themes, large balloon installations, themed centerpieces and specialist add-ons (magicians, particular entertainers) all need lead time. Peak season (December, January, mid-year holidays) books out fastest — we recommend booking 6 weeks ahead during those windows. We do accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability, but theme depth and add-on choice narrows the closer you book to the date.

Booking Process — From Quote to Cake-Cutting

(1) WhatsApp us with your child's age, theme idea, guest count, venue area and date. We send a same-day quote with the right tier recommendation. (2) Confirm with 80% deposit to lock the date — balance is due on setup day. (3) Two weeks out we send a final brief — colour palette, theme details, timeline, add-ons. (4) Setup day our crew arrives 2–3 hours before guest arrival to pitch the tent, install balloons, dress the cake table and place the seating. (5) During the party your birthday party planner runs the timeline — guest arrival, games, cake-cutting, performer slots, group photos. (6) After the last guest leaves the same crew tears down. You only handle the celebration.
